I have a problem thinking that Mourinho thinks he is above the players. He need to come back to earth if he wishes to be the great coach he is
He operates like a dictator and expect everything to be done his way, and that is wrong. One would say he is a bit insecure, I honestly don't see him at Manchester United beyond his current contract.
