State of Origin - Game 3 - Can NSW complete there first clean sweep since 2000

Game 3 of State of Origin tonight at the famed Suncorp Stadium provides NSW with there first opportunity for a clean sweep since they embarrassed Queensland in 2000. This year has been a changing of the guard for the Blues with 11 debutantes ushering in a new error after being dismantled for the last 12 years by Queensland. The mighty maroons will be desperate to avoid the humiliation of a clean sweep occurring on home and soil and have not been far off the mark in Game 1 and Game 2 and would consider themselves very unlucky not to be playing a decider tonight.

Queensland has further motivation with arguably the greatest fullback of all time Billy Slater donning the Maroon of Queensland for the final time, Slater plays his 31st Origin Game to draw level with the King Wally Lewis and will also captain his state for the first time. NSW with a new air of arrogance are looking to complete the sweep and the newly hailed super coach Brad Fitler is talking big in the press at the moment that this NSW team is one of the greatest of all time. I dont see this as being accurate and think Queensland can build some much needed momentum in to next years series with a big win tonight. Fitler has come out and said that Cam Smith retired due to being scared of the new blues team, this is absolute garbage and Fitler should be careful with his newly found confidence as it may come back to haunt him next season. I am tipping Queensland by 12 points tonight.
