10km Slow Run
To start off my November training routine, i had a slow and easy 10km to build up my endurance for upcominf 2019 marathon. Kinda cold yesterday, so it was a perfect wearher for a moderate long distance running.
Had a cup of Long Black coffee 30 minutes before training to have additional glycogen storage in my body. I replenish the depleted glycogen by taking carbs during dinner.
