Chelsea were looking good before they were defeated by by Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur. They faced a humiliating defeat at the hands of Spurs where 3 goals were netted past them. They scored a late goal against spurs thanks to Oliver Giroud. Chelsea are placed at number 4 on the points table. They were on number 3 for very long time but after the defeat at the hands of Spurs, they slipped to number 4. Chelsea have won 8 matches, lost 1 and drawn 4 which means they have only lost one match in this year's Premier League.
On the other hand Fulham were the new entrants this year and may well end up at the bottom of the table at the end of this Premier League. They did start off well but as the time progressed, their form dipped and they started loosing matches. They are placed the bottom of the table with only one win to their name. Fulham have just won match against Chelsea in the last 36 encounters.
Chelsea might be forced to rest their star player, Eden Hazard after he suffered an ankle injury in the match against Spurs.
This match promises to be high goal scoring one.
