Player's boredom leads to loss.

An outfielder fro the Auburn baseball team became so bored in extra innings that he did the only thing he could to immediately end the game.

In the bottom of the 11th inning, with a trip to the College World Series on the line, Steven Williams decided to do this

His brilliant move of throwing the opponent's batted ball over the fence, immediately ended the game in the 11th inning.

League Sources discovered that the outfielder had a hot date, in 5 minutes. Having already used the excuse of "My team is playing for a trip to the College World Series and the game went into extra innings" three days earlier, Williams was forced to take drastic measures.

Rumor has it Williams scored later that night as well.
