Lewandowski calls on his management to compensate the departure of Ribery and Robben

in #sportstalk5 years ago

Polish international striker Robert Lewandowski has called on Bayern Munich to strengthen their squad and sign at least three players in order to make up for the departure of French winger Frank Ribery and Dutch winger Arjen Robben at the end of last season.

"In the attack we lost three players - Franck Ribery, Arjen Robben and Colombian James Rodriguez. So far, no new players have been hired for these positions," the Polish striker said in an interview with the weekly Sport Bild.

Lewandowski, 30, has expressed dissatisfaction with his contractual policy, which began this season with a 2-0 home defeat to arch-rivals Borussia Dortmund.
