通过体感游戏达到锻炼的目的——Achieve exercise through somatosensory games

曾经为了锻炼身体买了头二手WII用来玩体感游戏。在wii里面确实有很多可以锻炼身体的游戏,其中最多人推崇的就是《有氧拳击》nz1oa1b7pq.jpg
事实也正是如此,跟着游戏里的口令再配合游戏里的节奏,做出左右挥拳、下蹲、左右闪躲等动作,不用10分钟就可以让你大汗淋漓,确实具有锻炼效果

将运动与游戏结合在一起,绝对是居家旅行,减肥锻炼的必然选择。只是后来有了孩子,就很少再搬出来玩了,主要是没时间。

另外,还有各种自带的运动游戏也都很不错,其中棒球、乒乓球和网球都是我的最爱。一直想买个瑜伽板用来练瑜伽和玩滑雪等游戏的,无奈太贵了…
