Hoy quiero hablar de los beneficios que tiene el  ¨Taekwondo¨ para todos aquellos que los practican, sobre todo en los niños.

Cuando somos niños vemos todo tipos de películas relacionadas con las artes marciales y quien no ha deseado tener las habilidades que  posee el héroe de la serie. Esta es una buena oportunidad para aprovechar y hacer que nuestros niños dejen por algunas horas el sofá, el teléfono, los juegos en líneas y hacer que realicen alguna actividad física, una buena opción es la práctica del  ¨Taekwondo¨

Este es un deporte que requiere mucho entrenamiento y eso es muy beneficioso para el organismo, uno de ellos es hacer ejercitar el corazón  y todo lo que eso  significa en materia de salud. Fortalecer los músculos,  mantener  la silueta y en el peso ideal del cuerpo.

La actividad es muy competitiva y se les establece metas a cumplir, los maestros preparan  a los alumnos para las competencias e inculcan la perseverancia para alcanzar el éxito.

Si bien es un deporte de contacto, la lucha no es todo y es lo que menos se  promueve. En esta actividad se motivan otros valores, como las prácticas en comunidad, el compañerismo y el respeto por las personas.

Es una actividad muy sociable, las personas adquieren mucha personalidad, los hacen sentir seguro y confiados en sí mismo, estas cosas no lo digo porque me lo han contado, lo afirmo por haber vivido y acompañado a mi hijo Ramiro en esta maravillosa actividad.
