Mexican legend Juan Manuel Marquez couldn't hide his admiration for Manny Pacquiao even at the age of 40, still fighting the ring.

Marquez said he favored Pacman because the speed and strength were still there when the first American boxing champion Keith Thurman was released this past July.

But for the so-called “El Dinamita” Thurman should have won.

Marquez said he thinks Thurman won when it changed style.

In his opinion, many blows released Thurman to hit the body of the fighting senator.

For this reason, the Pinoy icon must also consider whether to pursue a career in the light of accepted physical challenges.

However, according to Compubox scoring, more jabs were released and Pacquiao was dropped in the second round.

Marquez, meanwhile, admits his win when Manny was knocked out in the 6th round in 2012 was one of the biggest fights of his career.
