Curating eSports on Sports Talk Social!

First of all, I would like to thank @patrickulrich for creating the amazing Sports Talk Social community! The interest and adoption of the community by old and new Steemians has been massive and I've seen how even old sporty steemians that left for Scorum are now returning to our platform thanks to your efforts and that is worth something.

I've personally never considered myself a sports person, the closest thing to a sport I could say I liked back when I was a kid was Formula 1 because I enjoy the roaring engines and the amazing skills it takes to drive at those speeds but as the years passed by, my favorite hobby started to branch out and call the professional scene, eSports, a lot of people didn't take that seriously in the beginning but now that everyone knows it's an industry full of prospects for profits, everyone is getting behind them.

With that in mind, I would like to announce that I'll be using the stake I've managed to gather so far to curate eSports content and possibly formula 1 related content on the platform to encourage people to share eSports more often in the platform! I've done this for a couple of days already and have covered almost every post in the tag with my love and I expect to continue doing it for a while, although, If a lot of people start posting suddenly, I don't know if I'll be able to keep up with the upvotes and I'll have to get picky :^)

See you around in the communities!!!

Friend @lunaticpandora, very grateful for your vote for my publication in eSports, it really is something that makes you admire a person who shares content like this, I really did not know that you shared about eSports.

I love video games since childhood as many.

I hope that this platform continues to grow with good signals and share more about video games, which are currently interested in sports.

Let's keep growing together! A hug friend, thank you very much again.

Great stuff!

I love gaming so will also be curating eSport content and will most likely post quite a few blogs in that section too. Possibly another Apex Legends post coming soon!

Yeah! I will love it if we manage to generate some extra activity on that tag as well since only a few of us are using it :-D

We just need a Russian SCOT site to basically make any other dpos social site naught

We already have 2 amazing and thriving Korean communities so it wouldn't be that far of a strecht to believe that we could also do that to a certain Russian social site :^)

People will soon be trooping in to this tribe soon, this tribe have a lot pontential to attract new users

Awesome! Honest curation is the exact thing we need more of here in order to assure the growth of this platform. Thank you for doing your part in it!

Thats what I want to do!

Thats what I want to do!

What counts as esports? I saw a lot of @steemmonsters posts posted to here which I don't count as sportstalk. I would just like to know from @patrickulrich and yourself as there has been spam so i've been trying to use my stake to keep the feed on point and sports related. I'm just wondering where to set the line for this one as we have the makings off a great platform and would like to see it do well rather then some of the crap on steemit.

Just wondering where you stand on the subject?

Not Steem Monsters sadly, eSports to me is anything related to the professional scene, the teams, the numbers, investments and maybe even some epic matches!

I'd agree with you on this point.

I too but in future who know😀

I am not a professional sportsman, but I am concerned about the development of the community as a person who has a sports token.
I try to set a standard for curating in good writing, but in fact, it is not easy because English is not my first language.
I think that the theme of Sports Talk is a successful topic, and since SCOT's success stories are on the way, I will not stop staking.

Yeah, I'll apply a standard to curating just like I do with everything else I curate on ;-D

This of the Sportstalk platform has generated a lot of excitement and enthusiasm in the community, since many people, as you say, had moved away from steemit and were dedicated to uploading sports posts, but at this moment they see the opportunity to continue with their contents and have returned steemit thanks to this great initiative as is that of sportstalksocial and we hope that this opportunity everyone will join and take advantage of using sportstalk to generate income by making their content
