普通公路上的摩托车的速度一般不会超过100公里每小时，而在摩托车锦标赛当中，摩托车的车速最高可超过180公里每小时。作为一项极限运动，在超高速情况下行驶时，最担心的就是出现例如石子之类的障碍物，因为就是这样微不足道的障碍物足以让车手在赛道上翻车致死。

所以在比赛之前，整条赛道都会被清理得干干净净，不能留下任何的“危险物品”存在。对于参赛的选手也是受到很严格的训练，在技术方面都是不容小觑的。

我很喜欢公路摩托竞标赛，一辆辆赛车是那样的别致，那样的帅。在技术高超的车手操作之下就好像拥有了新的生命一样，奔驰在自己热爱的赛道之上。

对于这样的公路摩托车竞标赛所使用的参赛车辆，在成本方面会因为车辆配置的问题显得非常高。随便一辆的造价都不低于50W，但是对于热爱赛车运动的车手们，这是一笔值得花的钱。
