Westham close to signing Danny Drinkwater from chelsea

The transfer window is coming to a close in England come Thursday and teams are preparing to make one or two signing before it finally shut down.
Westham are targeting Chelsea midfielder Danny Drinkwater but the deal depends on what happened in some clubs, chelsea are willing to let him leave and are targeting inter Milan midfielder matias vecino while inter Milan wants Lukas modric before letting go.
Danny Drinkwater has struggled for game time since joining from liecester city and is surplus to requirement and westham and other premiership clubs are prepared to sign him but his wage might be a problem.
It will be a good signing for westham new coach Manuel pelligrini as he shape his team for the new season.
The deal have to happen fast and real quick before the window shut down on Thursday evening.
