African side ends friendly defeating South-korea

Senegal ended their friendly matches with a victory against another World Cup participant South Korea today in Austria. Senegal is seen as the Africa favorite to qualify to the next round of the competition. The Africa side lost to Croatia in their previous match against Croatia.
The Senegalese played 2-0 against the Asia side; the team showed how far they have improved after playing four draws and a lost in the previous friendlies. An own goal from Young-gwon gave Senegal the lead in the 60th minute of the match. A second half substitution sealed the African side victory from the spot kick in the late minute of the second half.
Senegal will play against Poland, Japan and Colombia at the 2018 Fifa World Cup in Russia while the South Korea squad will face the World Cup current champions Germany, Sweden and Mexico Today’s victory will definitely boost the Senegalese confidence at the World Cup.
