Welcome to our today episode of Today’s football Celebrity.
Every day I bring to you a footballers or sport person’s birthday. Our celebrity for today is Italian player and he plays as a striker. He was born on the 12 August 1990, today marks his 27th birthday.
His name is Mario Balotelli. You can hardly see a football fan that will deny knowing this super/controversial striker. He currently plays in the French league with OGC Nice.
He started his football career as a youth in 2001 with Lumezzane. He started his senior career with the Lumezzane senior side. He has played with Inter Milan, Manchester City, Milan, and Liverpool. Looking at his stats, he is a fantastic striker that made mark in six clubs and three different leagues.
He has also featured for Italy at the u21 and the Italian senior squad. He was part of the Italian squad that finished second at the Uefa European football Championship in 2012 and third at the Fifa Confederation cup in 2013.
He has won eight trophies at the club level and four individual awards in his career.
