LEWANDOWSKI REMAINS WITH US - HOENESS
The president of Bayern Munich Uli Hoeness has stepped out to clarify the false reports passing around about the Poland international Robert Lewandowski's transfer; he said the forward will not be sold and the reports of a €200million price tag should be disregarded.
The 29 year old Polish has been recently linked with a move away from Bayern Munich according to his agent's claim that Poland star wants to exit the club.
Chelsea and Manchester United are currently the major alleged destination while Real Madrid are said to be interested as well.
Speaking to Sky, Hoeness noted that they have no plans to sell Lewandowski this season as the 200m price tag is not befitting for a player like him.
He also added that the player will remain with the club until the next season as they have discussed everything with him already. Lewandowski's deal with Bayern Munich runs till 2021.
