Lampard Starting Out with a Win as a Manager

Chelsea Legend Frank Lampard now the club manager of Championship side Derby county has started out his managerial career on a good note.

In his first outing in a match against Reading, Derby County came from behind to win the match in a Two-one goal line.
Goal in the extra time granted the visitors the win. The goal came in from a header by Tom Lawrence after it seemed that the match will end in a 1-1 draw.

Reading were the better side in the first have leaving Derby with no attempt on goal at all. All three goal came-in on the second half. Coach Frank Lampard will be looking to improve and build on this first victory.
