Lyon Hit with Injury Woe as they prepare for Clash with Barcelona in the Champions league

With the Champions league set to resume this week, Ligue one side Lyon are hit with a set back as their skipper Marcelo was hit with an injury as they head to Camp Nou this week. Marcelo left off the pitch during their weekend match against Strasbourg. He has been the stand in Captain for his side.

Lyon will be facing Barcelona at the Camp Nou for the second leg of the Champions league round of sixteen. The first leg ended up in a 0-0 more in favor the French side. Marcelo is a doubt for the encounter as his side battle the Spanish champions to qualify for the quarter finals. A goal draw or win will guarantee them going through to the next stage of the competition.

Lyon manager Genesio on Saturday started Moussa Dembele who scored Lyon's two goals of the game before Strasbourg equalised. Memphis Depay Nabil Fekir, , Ndombele and Bertrand all started the March on the bench as the are been reserved for the showdown at Camp Nou.
