Robbie Fowler - Salah has to be selfish

The former reds star has refused to criticize some of the decisions made by the Egyptian.
Salah scored on 44 occasions last term which eventually earned him nominations for best player award. The Egyptian forward has gotten two goals this term but failed to score in the last match against Tottenham.
Salah was labelled selfish for some of the decisions he took in Saturday's win over Tottenham. It was clear he was fighting to get his name on the scoresheet. Nonetheless, the player sent some balls the wrong way when his teammates where at better positions.
Robbie Fowler doesn't seem to see anything wrong with Salah's attitude saying that it with the way the forwards tore Tottenham's defence apart, it was difficult to criticize anyone. .
Robbie also hailed the team and said he heard Graeme Souness saying this team was the best since Kenny Dalglish last won the league. He said he wasn't going to agree until this Liverpool team eventually won the league.

Personally, I think Liverpool are the complete article now. Strong defence and an attack that's a MSN (Messi, Suarez, Neymar) lite. Lots of depth, too.
Salah was unbelievable last season and it's only natural he'll struggle to repeat it. But then he hardly has to. It's about the team, isn't it? Sure, he should be selfish at times but as long as Liverpool keep winning, it doesn't matter one bit who gets the goals. He'll a cut so long as he stays fit.
He seemed like a humble guy when he was getting all the plaudits last season. He's got to remember (and I believe he will) the bigger picture is all that really matters at the end of the day. And the club needs trophies not personal glory.
