Pelatnas Athletics Constrained Adaptation SUGBK

National team athletics complained about the absence of time to adapt at the Bung Karno Main Stadium. Because SUGBK is being prepared for the opening ceremony of the Asian Games.
It was delivered by long jump coach, Arya Yuniawan Purwoko, when met at GBK Stadium, Senayan, Saturday (9/6/2018).
Arya, who now trains athletes long jump projection Asian Games, Safwaturrahman, requires a venue adaptation due to wind and venue conditions are different from the practice site.
"Our obstacle is that we have not been able to train in SUGBK yet, if we can not enter the same as new people, so we are confused," Arya said.
"Because we do not know the winds, if the one in Pakansari Stadium can be, it's just a different jumping place, it's different, it's different because if it is not in the same direction the track is different," he added.
Pelatnas athletics had previously tested the SUGBK during the preparation of the Asian Games event test, last February. After that, the athletic focus is centered in several places such as Pakansari Stadium, Cibinong, Rawamangun, and Madya Stadium.
"He said he could start, maybe after returning from Korea Open mid-June we can try," he said later.
The other thing that becomes an obstacle is the too much ceremonial tendency ahead of the multievent.
"It's a constraint, there is a gathering, at least a break from moving a lot," he said.
