Manchester City scores 7 goals to progress to 4th round of FA cup

In the third round of FA Cup, Manchester City comfortably won against Rotherham United. Rotherham United is the Championship side which is the second tier of English football. Manchester City scored 7 goals pass Rotherham United.

At Etihad Stadium, Manchester City made lots of changes but it was still a strong team with full of Internationals. Manchester City scored 3 goals in the first half. Raheem Sterling scored the first in the 12th minute. Phil Foden added the second while Rotherham United scored an own goal for 3-0 lead in first half.

Then, they scored 4 goals in the second half. Jesus, Mahrez, Otamendi, and Sane scored a goal each for City to win by a big margin of 7 goals.

With the win, Manchester City moves to the fourth round of the FA Cup. The draw will take place next Monday. There are more FA cup fixtures tomorrow and no PL fixtures. PL will resume on next week.
