The Catalan boss of Manchester city had jokingly said he wouldn't coach Argentine and many media outlets have been spreading messages and coming up with conclusions. Guardiola has thus taken this time out to clarify himself.
The coach aside that while he had expressed a desire to take on international management job, he hadn't at any time stated his preference or the country it would be.
Guardiola said it is not an option now, at less that's what he insinuated as he's currently enjoying the job at the Etihad and recently signed a contract extension.
Guardiola said he'd coach in maybe eight, twelve or fourteen years time
He clarified saying he never said he wasn't going to train Argentina and that Argentina already had had good trainers.
He however replied flatly when asked if he would take on coaching Spain. I think that will not happen was his response.
