Ghezzal signs for Leicester from Monaco
While one Algerian left the King Power stadium for the Etihad, another has arrived the Etihad, albeit from Monaco.
The player has arrived the Premier league from the Ligue 1 outfit for an undisclosed sum.
Rachid Ghezzal just joined the squad of Leicester for an undisclosed fee and would, perhaps, be replacing the Algerian in the wing.
Riyad Mahrez joined Manchester City last month from the camp of the foxes and Leicester have acted fast to replace him by signing Ghezzal on a four-year deal.
Ghezzal has 13 caps for Algeria. He's Leicester City's fifth signing this summer and for a second time will play for Claude Puel after they worked together in the past at Lyon.
Claude Puel lauded the player and said that he can bring a flair and creativity to the team and provide competition ahead of the new season.
Ghezzal said he's excited to play for Leicester and to be working with the manager again.
