Ronaldo says he was a little tense at repeated failure to break scoring duck
Ronaldo admits to being tensed
The Portuguese broke his duck on Sunday in the game against Sassuolo. The Portuguese admitted that he had been a little tense at not finding the net in three games.
Cristiano Ronaldo was brought in from Real Madrid for €112 million. The goal was clearly defined; score us goals and give us the Champions league.
However, the Portuguese took time to find the net as oppositions after oppositions kept defending to ensure he didn't get that famous celebration we all know and have come to like.
It took Cristiano Ronaldo 320 minutes in four games to finally find the net and when he did, he added another one in the space of fifteen minutes.
Ronaldo speaking to Sky Sport Italia after the match said he had been a little tense. He said Sassuolo defended well and caused problems. However, he was happy to finally get the ground rolling and there's more to come in subsequent weeks.
Ronaldo's favorite competition is the Champions league and he's reeling to begin with Valencia Juventus' first opponent. It's a club he knows all too well and we expect he'll get goals against them.
