Saul wants to be at Athletico for life

The 23-year-old has been conveted by Barcelona during the summer transfer window but the Spaniard insists that he's not looking forward to leaving the club any time soon.

Saul last year signed a 9-year long contract and the player says he intends to keep it, even if that meant snubbing Barcelona.

The player said he hoped to remain with Athletico for as long as possible, till he maybe has a couple of bad seasons and the club decides to let him go.

Saul has played in all but the last of Athletico's game. He has 12 senior caps for Spain.
