in #sprtshub6 years ago

The Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah lamented that the worst moment of his football career so far is his exit from the pitch during the Champions League final following his shoulder dislocation, as the injury left him in a fear against the World Cup.

The Liverpool star was forced out of the field crying last month after Sergio Ramos' arm-locking tackle in the 32nd minute on Kiev pitch which saw The Reds to a 3-1 loss as the Spanish club won their third consecutive UEFA Champions League.

Salah's shoulder dislocation sent a shocking wave through the Egypt national team as his availability for the coming World Cup in Russia remains on doubt. The coach Hector Cuper maintains his optimism that the EPL Golden Boot winner will make it to the World Cup.

When asked on what happened, Salah told Marca in a preview of an interview that having to exit the pitch without achieving his dreams and desires of the Champions League final is so far the worst moment of his career.
