Salah Agent Denies Barca Move Claim

Mohamed Salah was reported to have been offered to the Spanish giants, Barcelona as a backup option in case a move for Antonie Griezman fails - a claim that Salah agent, Abbas Issa has denied.

The Liverpool forward had an incredible debut campaign at Anfield last season as he scored a record 38 goals to claim the English Premier League golden boot and 44 goals in total to guide the Reds to UEFA Champions League final.

This has made him the most sought after player in the world right now with the La Liga giants; Barcelona and Real Madrid interested in bringing him to Spain.

AS reported lately that the Egypt international was offered to Barcelona by his agent as an option as a deal with Griezman continues to be difficult, this claim has been proved to be false by Abbas Issa, Salah agent.

Salah faces a race for fitness ahead the global showpiece in Russia which commences next week as the whole Egypt team hopes for their talisman involvement as they look forward to bringing the glory to Africa for the very first time in history.

Egyptian team head coach has previously hinted about Salah's future in Spain with Real Madrid being a possible club for Salah in the near future, however, a claim of a move to Barcelona has been totally denied.
