Belgium loses 1-0 to France.

In their game yesterday, the French Squad were able to defeat Belgium with a 1-0 victory when the Barcelona defender and Frenchman, Samuel Umtiti was able to deliver a goal by scoring a wonderful header thereby eliminating Belgium and sending France into the final stage of the World Cup Tournament.
The first action of the game started in the 15th minute when the Belgian, De Bruyne delivered a pass to Hazard who let out a shot that whizzed past the face of the goal in a ground ball. This followed immediately in the 18th minute as the French side responded with an attack led by Matuidi as he struck a fierce shot to the goal which was luckily saved by Courtois but injured his charisma and the Belgians moved the ball out of their own half and responded with a shot in the 19th minute which the French goalie sent over the bar.

A corner kick was awarded and Chadli who was given the opportunity of taking it settled it into Alderweid’s legs but all efforts for a goal was obstructed by Lloris.
It was when they came back from the half time in the 49th minute that Giroud looped a shot which was sent out for a corner and that was delivered by Griezmann which in turn, Umtiti received by by-jumping Fellaini and heading home a goal.
