BREAK IN TRANSMISSION (DON'T UNLEARN PRODUCTIVE HABITS)

If you've ever been successful in any venture or in anything you said you were going to do, you would agree with me that you put to work the power of repetition. Give you an example:

Say you want to develop your muscles, or improve on your eating habits, or maybe your writing skills, or your communication skills. You did that thing again and again. You woke up every morning and worked out, irrespective of how you felt. You picked up that pen and got writing, whether or not you knew what you wanted to write.

REPETITION IS THE LAW OF DEEP AND LASTING IMPACT. REPETITION IS THE MOTHER OF MASTREY

If you have been on a personal quest to master an art, and have put to work the power of repetition, you would notice that after a while, it seems to flow freely from within you. It's more like you get a call from inside you to do do that activity. This is a flow in transmission. If you've gotten to that point don't break the transmission!

Successful people are not really those with the most ability or knowledge, they are those who have developed successful habits

Say, you were working out and really putting how you look to serious considerations. Did you ever stop? If you did, did you notice how difficult it was for you to pick up again. For some, they don't even get to pick up again, at all. So don't unlearn productive habits, otherwise you may have the quality of life you live pay for it!

A man with character can be better relied on, than on a man with ability.

You are what you do repeatedly, your actions when you are not very conscious are your real self. Yet you can adjust to become anything, because man is elastic. So if you do not have productive habits, start to form one. If you have one, keep at it, it will turn you into a success.
