To get your work out done in heated Moscow

Finding it tough to do any running of substance. The air feels very thick, the sun is belting down, pollution from car exhausts and bumpy roads are making it extremely difficult. It's also very hard to find somewhere long or green enough to run... downhill for half a mile before getting back up, extremely bumpy in parts and plenty cars drive by the side but some of the cars give off terrible smells.
