Whac-A-Mole Adetorrent
Before I get into this post, I want to take a moment to thank my followers, especially those that constantly engage with my posts. Since I've come under retaliation from Haejin/Ranchorelaxo, most of my posts are being hidden after a few days, some within hours. If you use Steemit.com as your default condenser, like many do, then you won't see my posts. However, those using Busy.org, Partiko and some others can see the posts.
Strangely enough, I've seen an uptick in engagement since the retaliation began, which means some of you are actively looking for my posts even after they've been flagged to zero. For that I thank you :)
Why am I being flagged (downvoted)?
I've been asked many times by some of you that still don't know why I'm being flagged. I actually already made a couple of posts about it which you may or may not have seen, because at least one of them was flagged to zero by the emperor himself. I'm quite proud that he goes out of his way to look for my posts now. I used to be a nobody on here, but look at me now :)
Simply put, I took part in a downvote campaign to return money to the infation pool from Haejin's posts, so that there will be more for everyone else - especially those creating stellar content. This was following HF21/22. He eventually came round and stopped the auto reward-rape he had set up, because it wasn't earning anything anymore, thanks to the dozens of downvoters such as myself.
I wasn't the only one, there many of you brave souls taking part. Large accounts like @ocdb, @blocktrades, @upmewhale also did their part in halting the abuse. There were also young soldiers like @nonsowrites and @celestal doing their bit for the cause. We were glad, and brought the downvoting to a stop when the emperor made his truce post. There was joy in the house, with everyone thinking the impossible had happened.
We are where we are now, of course, because the emperor's ego wont allow him to embrace the new world. He is now embarking on a retaliation campaign. Also, while he's stopped the auto-rape, he's embarked on yet another tactic where he upvotes random junk knowing fully well that he will be the sole beneficiary of the curation rewards. That's actually not that bad. At least the creators of such junk will get a taste of the rewards too. Besides, the non-linear system ensures that the upvotes don't reach their potential maximum.
Yes, we got it, but why so many flags for you though?
LOL. I'm glad you asked. Well of all the people that were downvoting him, I'm one of the most visible. I post very regularly on here, so there's just more stuff to downvote. I also show my face so everyone knows who I am. I am also quite defiant, so unlike some that have cowered at the whip of the emperor, I have complete disregard for bullies. I'm like one of those Whac-A-Mole characters that just keep popping up everywhere. I am annoying. Got it?
He is also flagging the likes of @transisto, another frequent poster, but I bet he would love to flag @trafalgar too, alas! he doesn't post that frequently. So, he is stuck with flagging good olde Adetorrent haha.
Adetorrent doesn't care though. Adetorrent is on holiday on a sunny island listing to the beautiful sound of the Atlantic ocean while looking the swaying leaves of the palm trees. Life is good for Adetorrent :)
Darn, I've gone on for too long. That was supposed to be the intro part. I might just flag this post myself just because of how annoying I've been 🤣
Going forward
I have an idea. Every week, or after a major downvote spree by Haejin/Ranchorelaxo, I will make a compilation post of my favourite posts he flagged to zero to give the opportunity for those that haven't seen it yet to see it, especially if they're using Steemit.
These are my favourite from the past two flagging sessions, for anyone remotely interested. Please DO NOT upvote them, but please feel free to leave a comment.

Bullies are mostly insecure. The best way to deal with them is to punch them in the face haha.
That's unfortunate after he openly admitted he was trolling the blockchain and deserved the downvotes he got.. Hopefully at some point he'll feel he's taken his pound of flesh and move on to trying to actually make his STEEM go up in price. The fact he isn't posting either means new people can't step in to take the heat off of you.
He can carry on if he wants. It’s more manual effort he has to put into it. Also I don’t really mind. My rep is higher than Ranchos and all the rep hit by Haejin is countered by upvotes.
Some people are petty and immature and sadly sometimes they get “in power”. The rest of us have to live with their tantrums.

He must have read this and decided to hit me. It's pretty fucking stupid behavior considering he's trying to run a legit business outside of steem.
He's a child and his "business" is the usual semi-scam "let me show you how this is done" nonsense. Sadly so many people fall for that stuff.
Sorry to hear about your troubles buddy but I really like your approach. Just stay strong and persistent. He cannot win this thing.
