Neds Update...

@ned posted a post tonight that is supposed to cause a lot of uneasiness and turbulence.
At least that has brought me a bit of trouble. Just a week ago, I was very relaxed, despite the falling prices. Today I'm not so optimistic anymore. The announcement can make waves and mostly not in the right direction.
The management failed. Running a business without a proper trackable plan takes its toll. I see that no one has thought about regulations. Steem Inc is registered in the US and as @masterthematrix mentioned, there is the SEC which is not particularly crypto friendly.
I left a comment under the post with a few solutions that are feasible and where I can support. Of course, there are many solutions where Steem can be helped. The problem is whether Steem wants help or not.

Zumindest hat das mir ein bisschen Unruhe gebracht. genau vor einer Woche war ich sehr locker unterwegs, trotz der fallenden Preise. Heute bin ich nicht mehr so optimistisch. Die Ankündigung kann Wellen schlagen und meistens nicht in die richtige Richtung.
Das Management ist durchgefallen. Das laufen eines Unternehmens ohne ein richtigen verfolgbaren Plan nimmt seine Gebühren. Ich sehe das niemand sich Gedanken gemacht hat um Regulierungen. Steem Inc ist in der USA angemeldet und wie @masterthematrix schon erwähnt hat, gibt es die SEC die nicht besonders Crypto freundlich ist.
Ich habe unter dem Post ein Kommentar hinterlassen mit ein paar Lösungen die machbar sind und wo ich unterstützen kann. Klar gibt es viele Lösungen die Steem helfen können. Das Problem ist ob Steem die Hilfe möchtet oder nicht.

das Schöne an Dezentralisierung ist, dass man Dinge damit aus inkompetenten Händen nehmen und selbst weiter machen machen kann.
Ich investiere (sei es Zeit oder Geld oder beides) nur in Cryptoprojekte, die open source und dezentral sind. Selbst wenn Steemit Inc in Flammen aufgeht, haben wir alle sourcen und die Blockchain selbst, um immer weiter machen zu können. Solang es 21+ Witnesses und ein paar API- und Seednodes gibt, bleibt Steem als Projekt und Blockchain lauffähig.
Mein Wissensstand von Donnerstag oder Freitag war, daß Du keine Antwort bekommen hast (von Ned), und ich mußte gerade feststellen, daß sich daran nichts geändert hat.
Ob ich überrascht bin? Keine Ahnung.
Steemit ohne Firmensitz in den USA? Ja, bitte! Dringend!

it's one of the few comments where someone's not willing to suck his dick. one of my biggest concern is steemit inc staying in business and ned keeping his power (because i doubt he's ever going to step down, never out of his own will). his stake in steem is what's preventing this community from moving forward because he wants to enforce his ideas and nothing else (i'm not even sure if i should call them ideas because they do more harm than good).
similar to you, i'm not worried about the prices per se. steem has bigger underlying problems.
