Step by Step Guide to Buy/Sell Steem/SBD in Internal Market | Bagaimana Menjual/Membeli Steem/SBD di Pasar Internal? (Bilingual)

Buying or selling Steem/SBD in Internal Market (Currency Market) is more profitable than in Blocktrades. Here is steps by step guide to do it.

Trading in Internal Market

During this time we used to buy or sell Steem/SBD through Blocktrades because it is facilitated by a system that is embedded in Steemit Wallet. In fact, it is more profitable when we make transaction in Steemit Internal Market (Currency Market). The graph below shows Steem price comparison between Internal Market and Blocktrades. It is clear that the price of SBD for Steem in Internal Market is higher than in Blocktrades. So, if you want to buy Steem, it would be lucky to do it in Internal Market.

Menu Steemit

Different from Blocktrades, Internal Market is an internal transaction in Steemit. So, this is the inter-steemian buying and selling of Steem and SBD. The process occurs in a peer-to-peer system. Even though we are trading in an anonymous market, we are actually dealing with one of steemians who sells or buys Steem/SBD.

So, I suggest you to sell or buy Steem/SBD in Internal Market. This article will describe the steps.

1. Go to the Internal Market Page

First, we have to log in at Steemit.com. This is to ensure that we surf with our account. Then, we go to Internal Market page.

Visit: https://steemit.com/market/

Or, click menu in the right corner of Steemit and choose "Currency Market". We'll be taken to Internal Market page.

2. On Internal Market Page

On Internal Market page there is Steem and SBD graph at the top and list of Steem and SBD prices at the bottom. This price refers to the current transaction. The middle part is divided into two groups of forms. The group on the left is to buy Steem and the group on the right to sell Steem.

I want to try buying Steem. So, I chose the form on the left.

The left column contains the form:

PRICE — SBD price per Steem.
AMOUNT — Amount of Steem to be purchased.
TOTAL — Value of SBD to be paid.

Underneath there is a small inscription:

Available — Number of SBDs you have.
Lowest Ask — Lowest price you can offer.

I try to buy 1 Steem, then I enter "1" on AMOUNT form. Then, "TOTAL" box directly contains the value of the SBD to be paid under PRICE.

3. Bidding

Internal Market works through a bidding system. PRICE is the offer price. The number that automatically appears there (1.440312 SBD) is recommended price of the system based on the current price. You can change the value if you think it is too high.

Before you want to change the value, imagine as if you want to buy oranges in the market. The lowest price of orange is $ 1.441. Buyers usually want to get oranges at the lowest price. Instead, the seller will try to sell oranges at a highest price. That's the bidding system.

You can bid for the seller for $ 1,200. If you do this, then you should wait for the seller's response, whether he/she accepts or not. If he accepts, transaction will happen. If not, you have to wait for another seller who will accept your bid. You can also cancel your bid before transaction occurs.

My advice, submit a bid with the lowest price according to the current price. If you bid below that price, then the seller may reject it or your transaction is delayed until a seller is willing to sell his Steem at that price. Or, the transaction does not happen and your SBD is returned.

Off course you can wait until the price of Steem down. Visit Internal Market page frequently to see prices. When the price is as you wish, then you can immediately make a transaction.

After PRICE and AMOUNT have been determined, just click BUY.

4. Purchase Confirmation

Thus, a dialog box will appear. It contains the amount of Steem to be purchased and the price of SBD: "Buy at least 1,000 Steem for 1,441 SBD?".

Click "Ok".

5. Confirm Password

A dialog box appears asking for a password for transaction. It is required Active key, Owner key, or Master password.

Enter your Active key.

Then click "Sign in".

6. Check Your Wallet

The transaction is complete and you will be taken back to Internal Market page.

To check whether the transaction is successful or not, you can see History in your Wallet. On my History page comes the description "Paid 1.441 SBD for 1,014 Steem". That is, I have paid to buy 1 Steem. The transaction was successful.

6. Check Steemd

As I mentioned before, Internal Market is actually an inter-steemian transaction. To know who you were trading with, you can check on Steemd.com.

In my Steemd data appeared "blogiwank paid 1.441 SBD for 1.014 Steem from happychau123". Well, I have bought @happychau123's Steem. This information does not appear if the transaction failed.

If the transaction is successful, then the amount of Steem in your Wallet will instantly increase and the amount of SBD decreases, according to the amount you pay.

Easy, isn't it?

Padahal, sebtulnya lebih menguntungkan bila kita bertransaksi di Pasar Internal (Internal Market). Grafik di bawah ini menunjukkan perbandingan harga Steem antara Pasar Internal dan Blocktrades. Jelas terlihat bahwa harga SBD untuk Steem di Pasar Internal lebih tinggi daripada di Blocktrades. Maka, bila kau ingin membeli Steem, tentu akan menguntungan bila membelinya di Pasar Internal.

Berbeda dari Blocktrades, Pasar Internal adalah transaksi internal di Steemit. Jadi, ini proses jual-beli Steem dan SBD antar-steemian. Proses terjadi secara peer-to-peer. Meski kita bertransaksi di sebuah pasar anonim, sebetulnya kita berhubungan dengan salah satu steemian yang menjual atau membeli Steem.

Jadi, saya sarankan, kalau kamu mau menjual atau membeli Steem, lebih baik di Pasar Internal. Bagaimana caranya? Tulisan ini akan menguraikan langkah-langkahnya.

1. Buka Laman Pasar Internal

Untuk bertransaksi, pertama-tama kita sudah login di Steemit.com. Ini untuk memastikan bahwa kita berselancar dengan akun kita. Lalu, kita masuk ke laman Pasar Internal. Kunjungi:

https://steemit.com/market/

Atau, klik menu di pojok kanan Steemit dan memilih "Currency Market". Kita akan dibawa ke laman Pasar Internal tadi.

2. Di Laman Pasar Internal

Di laman Pasar Internal terdapat grafik Steem dan SBD di bagian atas dan daftar harga Steem dan SBD di bagian bawa. Harga ini mengacu pada transaksi yang sedang terjadi. Bagian tengah dibagi dalam dua kelompok formulir. Kelompok di kiri adalah untuk membeli Steem dan kelompok di kanan untuk menjual Steem.

Saya saat ini akan mencoba membeli Steem. Maka, saya memilih formulir di kiri.

Kolom di kiri itu berisi formulir:

PRICE — Harga SBD per Steem.
AMOUNT — Jumlah Steem yang akan dibeli.
TOTAL — Nilai SBD yang harus dibayar.

Di bawahnya ada tulisan kecil:

Available — Jumlah SBD yang akun kita miliki.
Lowest Ask — Harga terendah yang bisa kita ajukan.

Saya coba membeli 1 Steem, maka memasukkan angka "1" pada formulir AMOUNT. Maka, kotak "TOTAL" langsung berisi nilai SBD yang harus dibayar berdasarkan PRICE.

3. Ajukan Penawaran

Pasar Internal bekerja melalui sistem penawaran (bidding system) . PRICE adalah harga penawaran. Angka yang otomatis muncul di situ (1.440312 SBD) adalah harga yang disarankan sistem berdasarkan harga terendah saat itu. Kamu bisa mengubah nilainya bila menganggapnya terlalu tinggi.

Tapi, sebelum hendak mengubah nilainya, bayangkan seakan kamu mau beli jeruk di pasar. Harga terendah jeruk adalah Rp 1.441. Pembeli biasanya ingin mendapat jeruk dengan harga terendah. Sebaliknya, penjual akan berusaha menjual jeruk dengan harga tinggi. Itulah sistem penawaran.

Kamu bisa saja menawar kepada penjual dengan harga Rp 1.200 misalnya. Bila kamu melakukan ini, maka kamu harus menunggu jawaban dari penjual, apakah dia menerima atau tidak tawaranmu. Bila dia menerimanya, maka transaksi akan terjadi. Bila tidak, kamu harus menunggu penjual lain yang mau menerima tawaran hargamu. Kamu juga bisa membatalkan penawaran sebelum transaksi terjadi.

Saran saya, ajukan penawaran dengan harga terendah sesuai data. Bila kau menawar di bawah harga itu, maka kemungkinan penjual menolaknya atau transaksimu tertunda sampai ada penjual yang bersedia menjual Stem-nya dengan harga tersebut. Kemungkinan lain, transaksi tak terjadi dan SBD-mu dikembalikan.

Kalau kau punya SBD yang terbatas, sebaiknya tunggu sampai harga Steem turun. Sering-seringlah berkunjung ke laman Pasar Internal untuk melihat harga yang berlaku. Bila harganya sudah sesuai keinginanmu, maka kau bisa segera melakukan transaksi.

Setelah PRICE dan AMOUNT sudah ditentukan, tinggal klik BUY.

4. Konfirmasi Pembelian

Maka, akan muncul kotak dialog yang memastikan kamu setuju untuk melakukan transaksi. Di situ muncul jumlah Steem yang akan dibeli dan harga SBD-nya: "Buy at least 1.000 Steem for 1.441 SBD?".

Klik "Ok".

5. Konfirmasi Password

Muncul kotak dialog yang meminta password untuk bertransaksi. Password yang dibutuhkan adalah Active key, Owner key, atau Master password.

Masukkan Active key.

Lalu klik "Sign in".

6. Cek Wallet/Dompet

Transaksi selesai dan kau akan dibawa kembali ke laman Pasar Internal.

Untuk mengecek apakah transaksi berhasil atau tidak, kamu bisa melihat History di Wallet. Di laman Hostory saya muncul keterangan "Paid 1.441 SBD for 1.014 Steem". Artinya, saya sudah membayar untuk membeli 1 Steem. Transaksi berhasil.

6. Cek Steemd

Seperti saya sebutkan sebelumnya, Pasar Internal sebetulnya transaksi antar-steemian. Untuk tahu kamu tadi bertransaksi dengan siapa, kamu dapat mengeceknya di Steemd.com.

Di Steemd muncul keterangan "blogiwank paid 1.441 SBD for 1.014 Steem from happychau123". Nah, ternyata saya tadi membeli Steem milik @happychau123. Informasi ini tak muncul bila transaksi tak terjadi.

Bila transaksi berhasil, maka jumlah Steem di Wallet-mu akan langsung bertambah dan jumlah SBD berkurang, sesuai jumlah yang kau bayarkan.
