Proof of Work vs Proof of Stake - [ Explained Simple ]- The Steemit Way

Here is a overview of proof of stake compared to proof of work and what the differences are. This should be a highly regarded video as it relates to some of what Steemit does when it comes to the Steem ecosystem. I personally believe in proof of stack as you do not need too much mining power if at all. Proof of work is on the bitcoin side where people or miners would use computing power to solve a mathematical algorithm to mine the next coin in a 600 second block of time.
