Three rules on delete_comment operation
From the steem's source code
- Comment/Post should not have any reply.
- Potential payout of the post must be equal to zero or lower than zero.
- Cashout window of the post shouldn't pass. (7 days after creation.)
As far as I can see, this operation actually deletes the comment instance from the internal database, but blockchain history still keeps the original comment creation transaction.
You can ask someone to remove upvotes and still be able to delete post/comment
or downvoting it to the ground until it gets to negative or zero rshares. :) Updated the post.
