What if SP could be powered down in an optional manner. What if users could customize whether they want it paid out progressively or all at once? Imagine if you could opt not to get the inflation bonus during power downs in exchange for continuing to use SP whilst power downs at a fractional value that progressively lumps STEEM week after week until the power down period is over.
