Where does the money comes from

We have many communities here in steemit and they have grown to be very big Whales, Dolphins. But they all concentrate only on rewarding people with upvotes, growing their SP for even bigger upvote value. So where does the money that they give us comes from? ( My Article about the Value of steem )
It comes from the reward pool, dilution of the supply of Steem. So we can still say that steemit is in its infancy, just last week the first Steem Chat was introduced by @yabapmatt, I mean that actually functions on the blockchain. The value of steem right now is based on the waw effect of this technology, This won't be the case forever. Why not build communities that are sustainable and that rewards writer with money that was generated from income.

Ads as Resteems

Your attention is worth something. This something is what drives the whole upvote run. Everyone competes to have the most upvote value so that they are seen on the trending page. That is the best way to have people read your article right now. Basic attention token promised to implement a reward system where the advertisers reward your attention directly instead of paying a platform to show it to you.
So why not implement it now? right here in steem.
What do we need :

• People that want almost free money and are ready to have some ads appear in their feed.
• People that want exposure to new followers, people etc.
• A way to make sure that people actually read or at least seen the add.
• Finally, a bot to track the key points and manage the resteems, distributing the money.
• Limit for the resteems per day, to boost the value of every resteem.
• A bid based payment system, to let the free market decide the price.

only 3 resteems a Day	you need to do something so that we can track you ( can be resolved with a bit of brainstorming )

a profitable way to be active on steemit and connect with people*

One can make one account for every category of articles: Tech, vlog etc
More "targeted" audience

*There many ways to track someone on steemit and his activity, so it can be either really simple to automate or very difficult depending on what metrics will be used exactly.

Defining an active account

With some moderation and ground rules, it could be achieved.
Crowd wisdom is very powerful, so people can report abusers and they will be permabanned. Of course, you should be able to contest that if needed. PS: I'm ready to do this.

• If someone made an Introduce yourself with a true photo.
• writing true comments, articles, upvoting.
• Sponsoring/Invites.
• Human help needed.

** For minnows/ New users that want to write articles, but don't have any inspiration/courage/motivation to do so. Or just curious about the platform and want to earn their first steem/sbd by reading/ hopefully even learn something.

this is just a blueprint for a theoretical plan. I don't have the resources to make it happen right now. I'm still a student but hey, If you can do it and contact me to help :D.

Reserves

We are here in steemit content creators and were given the tools to build a platform where we can do everything without any middleman. That has cut a lot of operational costs that a typical platform would have. We can send MONEY for free and with a 3 seconds waiting time! Ask your bank to do that :D

• We have a burn post here on steemit that is helping the price of steem ( more info @burnpost ).
• I even found that a German is making a small-scale experiment, where people are investing their vote in other coins. ( @investyourvote ) Every vote you make gives you shares ( after curation ). They buy other coins just with votes and buy back steem with profits made.

So my idea is to really have a portfolio. Masternodes even. Like smartcash a master node costs about 1000$

Managed by the community and to protect us against price changes of steem. The problem is trust.
That is why we built this trustless system in the first place. But people trust only the things they know and use. So the solution is to merge the two to make a sort of hybrid to introduce people and make it usable IRL. This can introduce a few central points on the platform. But if it can lead to mass adoption I'm ready to change the world step by step instead of just Yelling no no no decentralization all the way. Make people comfortable with steemit and then use it as leverage.

Is It Sustainable?

Just like countries, Banks etc. We need to leverage something to gain value. The EU invests a lot in Africa in big projects to "help". China is just buying off land to plant crops etc. Banks are leveraging money itself. You see a pattern? Yeah, you can still say, let's leverage the blockchain itself. Well we did and here we are :D
We can just buy steem and hope that it will go up because its a blockchain or prove the WORLD. We are more than that. We are not just some Authors around the world that just want to work and just make enough money to live another day. The most of us are enthusiasts that found this platform because they invested in Bitcoin first. So we made another Facebook/ Twitter/Twitch /Youtube BUT ALL IN ONE.

Back to the pattern. We need to invest our steem outside of steem to allow another crypto to grow and profit from it.
We have such a powerfull platform that could be used to make a complete monetary System. But for that, we need to upgrade our view of it. Ethereum has the Ethereum foundation, why don't we have a Steem foundation that is community driven?
