Let’s Just Steem On & Get Over The Storm

Seems like December will not be a good month for crypto as well with the price plunging further down. Looking at Steem price going further down, even myself will think more about it whether to further invest in it or to move on?

Nevertheless, I had come to a conclusion that no matter what (unless it is totally abandon by witnesses), I will still be making contents on the blockchain. It is proven to be a unique mechanism to have a proof of brain for earning more stakes. Still, it still takes century to make it to a sustainable level of earnings for such doing. On the other hand, buying in stake and work on the content at the same time more plausible.

Yet, it is important that to see how Steem blockchain should start to introduce more business integration into the ecosystem. Without businesses running in the vein of it, there will be zero sustainability whereby the liquid pool of money will soon be drained and all players will lose eventually.

While I’m referring to business, there should be a constant in flow of revenue to the pool of money, just like how stock works for companies and bonds. Dividends can be given by issuing SP or Steem to investors rather than having no incentive at all. Well this can already be done like how @oracle-d is doing, bringing in investors and create value and return for them. Besides doing charity, it should be all sustain with a true value proposition for the users for the blockchain to receive revenue. As @ned had mentioned that maintaining the nodes is itself a hefty cost to bare. Plus, having teams of developers will incur high overhead cost too. So, it should not be just a one time investment and make it free to everyone.

I am still thinking of what kind of business can we utilize the blockchain. Any idea out there that you can share, brainstorm with me?
