TextGram (Download) — Handy app to put text over images
It includes frames, templates, various font styles and background to make your images better (Didn't you like above image?).
TextGram has plethora of options to play with, all embedded in easy to use UI.

Photo & Picture Resizer (Download) — Resize images without losing quality
Different sizes of picture does not look good on posts and heavy sized images take much time to load. Photo & Picture Resizer allows you to quickly reduce size and resolution without losing its quality.
It allows to resize multiple images at once, all resized images gets saved in separate folder — so your original image remains unattached.
Using this app is easy-peesy. Just select picture you want to resize either from app or via gallery.

Using this app is really simple — open the app,click on "+", select the image(s) you want to upload and click on "upload" button.
