The dump of Steem did have some positive impact

Steem along with most other cryptocurrencies have dumped down to the bottom of the sea. Within a week or so, the price went down from 80 cents to 30 cents. With the dump of price, Steem's user activity has decreased as well.

Less and less people are using Steem. Everything seems to be getting darker. But wait, isn't there less spam now? I don't get many of those resteem bot spam memos anymore. Comments are getting more and more refined.

The steemit site is also running smoothly without any glitch. Back when Steem was 4 dollars, steemit.com sometimes behaved unstable due to high load. Other Steem based apps such are busy have made improvements as well.

Now that whales are cashing out, Steem's distribution is getting a little better (or, maybe not?). Our fellow community member, @meno wrote a detailed article about that. Weak hands are cashing out the little money they have left. Strong hands are either buying it or holding. So,
