Steem First Time Under 0,20 € ! What is happening here?? Where are the "Steem Waves" ?

Hi there , Steemians.
So my first question is:
Why did the Steem, especially in the last
3-4 month, only strictly went down,
while Bitcoin and Ethereum created some
"waves".
2-3 month ago I bought BTC around 4.500 €,
sold them at around 7.200 € , because i needed
that money. BTC continued to raise its worth until
12.000 and something Euros. It went back down to
8000 -9000 € and is now back on 10.400 €.
In this whole time Steem just went down.

It is what it is.

No Rythm, no Waves...hmmm.
Who owns Steemit Inc. by now?
Is there a certain intention..?

Today was the first time ever, even though
i love the original philosophy of Dan Larimer,
that i thought... you're sittin' on a "Titanic".
Whatever, i didn't invest too much until now,
but i would love to see some Steem "Waves"...
even though it's a great time to buy.
But soon you won't sell anything, if the price only
goes down.

I see a big problem in big Steemians and Steemit
Management/Marketing staying inside Steemit, trying to
"boost" something with Spud and this and that....
...even though the battle is won "outside" of Steemit,
if you wanna bring people in.

For sure i realized or heard of a lot of powering down,
but until today it didn't create doubt about Steem...

buy..?
