No SBD

With the recent payout changes we don't get Steem dollar payouts. SBD is seldomly ever pegged to the USD and listed on very few exchanges but did provide a bit of stability to the user and ecosystem.

A full on focus on STEEM is a idea. The STEEM economy still has a lot of improvements in order to be successful.
