Medical Facility for 500 Abandoned Elderly
I have been volunteering at Earth Saviours Foundation for several months now. The work they are doing to benefit the sick and disabled is truly uplifting, but it is also heart-breaking to see the condition that some of the abandoned elderly are in when they’re brought to the facility. Many arrive in critical condition – handicapped, bedridden, and with serious ailments that require urgent medical attention. With over 500 residents, Earth Saviours faces limitations when it comes to their current infrastructure and funding. That’s why I am raising funds to help them construct a medical facility.
The medical facility would be a place for their patients who are terminally ill and bedridden, giving them access to the treatment, comfort and dignity that Earth Saviours strives to achieve for all of its residents. The building’s foundation and external framework have already been constructed, but due to insufficient funds the work has been put on hold. Rs. 2.5 lakhs will help the construction progress, so that Earth Saviours’ residents have access to the medical treatment and facilities they deserve.
