We change the behaviour of promote option?
Instead of getting featured in a special section, promote option will work only on posts that have declined payout. An article will be promoted for a 5x value of the promotion.
For example, a post promoted with 20$ worth of Steem, will be automatically upvoted for 100$, but the article will make no payout.
This will take advantage of the investors' willingnes to promote their articles, making it more efficient to get visibility rather than using voting bots, while it will help to reduce the inflation of Steem which will increase its price.
