We probably won't I think this is the bottom for one reason... This was the resistance that turned to support back in 2017 before the bullrun for the USD chart, so it might act as a really strong support...
I might dip my toe in some STEEM because of this... double bottom on USD and strong support...hmmmmmmm
Im keeping an eye on the price! i didnt even inspect the life chart of steem ever hahaha, but the sad truth is that any new people to crytpo will most likly buy btc before steem.. but hey, most of em are in so much debt they wont have the chance
They need to re-work the way that STEEM only trades for BTC and people are sending money off the platform, converting it to Bitcoin and then hoarding it. They should devise a plan to create and internal DEX that trades STEEM for BTC and allow people to power up their Bitcoin as well as STEEM here. That would stop the bleeding for now.
Not sure if that would solve the problem, whales are literally selling thousands of $ each day, early adopters and early miners have way too much STEEM being generated from bidbots... We need the SP to become more decentralized to decrease the whale dumping... with time this issue might solve itself out... and ofc with the decrease in inflation... WE also have the issue of scammers like magicdice, dlive and steepshot dumping their STEEM on the market, which increases the sell pressure... this is just a matter of time imo, at these prices I'm a buyer
Eh, I thought the bottom was 5000 Satoshis, then again at 2500, then again at 2000. I think we are just going to dead cat bounce for a while until BTC really stops stealing the spotlight.
It would be nice to see some price recover because a lot of people are leaving the platform because of this. No reward and continual price decline is terrible for people who are looking to many any sort of return here.
