How to find reliable and safe cryptocurrency exchange??
Cryptocurrency is relatively new concept, although bitcoin was first created nearly 10 years ago. Due to this reason, it is difficult industry to understand. However, cryptocurrency hype has caught our attention and we are hoping to break into this growing market. Although Coinbase is one of the more popular crypto exchange platform, it is not the only option.
1- When looking for trading platform, one thing which we often forget is customer service. Most of these exchanges are new and they can struggle with the technical difficulties as they are going to perfection. So it is ideal to find an exchange that has efficient and 24/7 customer support.
2- Additionally, especially for new users, the exchanges have all the necessary information available on their website. Cryptocurrency could be confusing for new users so if website has all the necessary information, it could save lot of time. For example, Apollo is cryptocurrency exchange which is making entry very soon, has plan to put video tutorials to answer the most common questions about cryptocurrency.
3- The main concern when choosing trading platform is to minimize our risk. New users are often reluctant due to lack of information and experience. So it is necessary to find an exchange which is available to help and provide necessary information. It is important to know that cryptocurrency platform is still being perfected. So keep an eye on upcoming exchanges like Apollo that are dedicated to the customer first.
