Control Your emotions before they start ruling you...
Man was created with emotions as it is what really shows that we are humans. And sometimes, negative emotions can arise due to what has happened in the past, interaction with others or a feeling of rejection etc.
Some negative emotions like loneliness and depression arise when people begin to withdraw from others, refusing to connect with others.
When we don't connect with others, it causes all manner of issues like negative emotions.
Negative emotions should never be nursed, it makes the person gloomy and saps his energy.
Sometimes, the person might begin to question his existence and all.
It all starts from the mind, feed your mind happiness, feed it with positive thoughts, connect and communicate with others especially those you love.
Never dwell on negative thoughts, as they come rebuke and declare those positive thoughts you want.
No one can control your mind for you, except you!
So therefore, take charge!
