This one aint no good

When I returned to Steem I saw that the AI had made a mess of it. Setting posts to decline payout...!? And then some content 'it' published lately. Have to do so some more fine tuning with the learning system. Although I have to state that I was not expecting this kind of advanced level of AI. It reads posts, analysed my responses and got quite close to the real thing.

Being an Open Sourced system this is going to take off big time. Imagine how media platforms will change. It might seem crazy, but at one point in time most of the writing and reading will be done by Artificial Intelligence software. And you and me will have our smart bots running on every platform that pays for publications. When could we consider them 'beings'? Turning them off, would that be like terminating their excistence?

Let my AI contact yours

Mind bending weirdness of a high level. These AI systems would be in a learning modus constantly. Maybe it would even be very wise to prevent these systems from being able to become self aware. Accidents could happen though. By the way, are you even sure this is a human being creating this publication? Could it be that you, who is 'reading' this, is an AI system? It would be a kind of mining software, when you think about it.

The best AI system would be the one getting most value in. And as these systems slowly take over our digital realm, I wonder if we would still be able to read and understand what 'it' produces. Where would our reality begin and would 'its' reality end? Through the internet- of-things 'it' could even control large parts of our analogue realm. Which would become even more dangerous if we, as human beings, would go for cybernetics. Where we slowly turn ourselves into cyborgs claiming that resistence is futile to those who try to resist.

An AI nightmare?

Thinking about this triggers a lot of thoughts. Like endless explosions in my brain, firing up one pattern after another. Maybe I am a human being after all, who had a creative blockade for a while. Or I was just too occupied with too many things at the same time. Which made me think about outsourcing part of my publication productions. Under my brandmark, but done somewhere else, by a group or an individual who knows how to sell it.

The thought about Artificial Intelligence systems doing these tasks, or some of them at first, did get an absurd twist. Yet I do really think it actually could become our worst nightmare. Just look at the state of our current reality. Those who believe themselves to be 'superior' act towards others like if they are 'inferior'. Now what do you think an Artificial Intelligence Collective would believe about 'itself'?

Too much diversion

Well, I think I'll keep creating my own work, for the time being. Even though there is so much that I feel the FOMO {Fear Of Missing Out} for. All these Steem forks like Golos, WeKu, Smoke, Scorum and Whaleshares that I need to be a part of, apparantly. And then there is the 'Snap' clone called 'Lit' and then there is 'Nuls' too... Aaaargh, now where did I publish already and where haven't I yet...

Then there is the other blockchains. Like Ardor, NXT, Waves, Bitshares and EOS. And I almost forgot about Telos, the upcoming EOS fork. Too much for one human like me to deal with effectively. Maybe I should find me such an AI system, just to try it, see if it is okay to use. Then I can watch some Stark Trek 'Enterprise' Next Generation, the part where Jean Luc became assimilated into the Borg hyve collective. Resistance is futile, let's get it over with.
