We Raised 229.522 SBDs For @ADollarADay Charity During The Netcoins Contest!

Last to last week was pretty huge for Steem Community. Why? Because we won the Netcoins Contest and immediately a day after it was listed on their platform. It was a good show of STEEM NETWORK's strength and yes, we have the best crypto community in the whole space. There was a press release on NASDAQ's website as well which is quite amazing for us from PR perspective. But this is just the starting of something huge! Thousands of steps taken like these will have a huge impact on STEEM's price over a period of time. It can happen in a matter of few months or years but it will definitely happen.

@Oracle-D Team tried their best to support the Steemians while we (@starkerz and @anarcotech) were touring Indonesia for Blockchain Seminars, meetings and events. We still are and you can get frequent updates on our blog. We also decided to donate all liquid rewards from Contest related blogs to @adollaraday charity by @pennsif.

The A Dollar A Day project is based on the simple idea of people donating one Steem Backed Dollar (SBD) each day which is approximately one US Dollar. These SBDs are then pooled together and donated to life-changing charities present on the blockchain. @Oracle-D loves this project on since it is touching multiple lives on daily basis and helping other charities to focus on the real stuff. Most of the times charities die because they do not get proper financial support and @adollaraday works toward solving that problem. The best part? Anyone can donate from anywhere in the world and all it takes is just 3 seconds. Easy, fast and reliable way to bring smiles to beautiful humans!

If you would like to support the work of A Dollar A Day there are five ways you can help :

1. Donate SBDs to @adollaraday

Just send SBDs for however many days you would like to support to @adollaraday. You can also send steem and these will be converted to the equivalent number of SBD.

A Dollar A Day uses SteemAuto to vote on the posts of all the projects currently supported to provide an extra regular income. The aim is to achieve sufficient steempower to provide a $1 upvote to each project each day.
