Whales: give up your rewards to grow steem
Whales have to understand that the value of their stake can increase manifold if they let go the upvote rewards from their stake.
If they use their upvote to upvote minnows content then that will help retain users as well as help recruit new users thereby increasing user base and interaction.
Try it for one year and see the difference.
Only Top 100 accounts if can join hands to do this then rest will be history.

I really hope you folks start working harder.
