Wow, that's a lot of food. I've seen this before, and I've always been interested in this topic. I like watching youtubes on dumpster divers too.

Been doing this for many years and the huge amount of food that is thrown away every day is staggering and hard to comprehend if you haven't seen it first hand! Working on many levels to shine a light on it and create parallel structures that is way more effective then today's system! :)

So is that all the food that is thrown put due to being past the expiration date? That is crazy.i could feed my entire family fora week off that.
Hey @gniksivart, much of the time expiry date haven't even passed, it must be put out in the light so people understand what they contribute to, the amount of good quality being thrown away every single day is staggering and I won't quit until it's been resolved!
Keep it up. I'd love to keep seeing what you find day in and day out.

These are food that could let me consume for a month!
Yup every single store throw away this much so the amount is staggering to say the least and can't be fully understood without seeing it with your own eyes.
this is very true we throw away a lot of food that can be given to the poor, many people go hungry for lack of food while we through away a lot of food that can cut goverment spending on poor people , we need a system that can guarantee this food is not wasted
Yes that's where we and blockchain technology comes in, it will soon be a dark memory of our past if everything goes according to plan! :)

This is so be beneficial and I wish it were still possible here. We used to get a lot to share until stores put a stop to it in Erie by spoiling the items. Keep it up!
Hey @wandrnrose7, maybe you could talk to them directly, much of the time if you present it will they are actually willing to cooperate. Also there is trashwiki.org where you can check for places do dive.
